Yesterday Jeromai posted something I didn’t know, that you can get a random blog post out of your WordPress blog by appending “?random” to the URL – of course I had to try it and see if it’s something interesting.
My lucky draw was: Mirror, mirror on the wall from March 2010, and there’s a reason I want to write about that post.
Basically when I wrote Ranking WoW’s races two weeks ago I was pretty sure I had a post about this exact topic and wanted to link it, but either I didn’t find it or, more likely, forgot at the end of my rambling post.
So yeah, my taste has stayed closer to 2010 than 2005, but also not completely. That’s why I blog, to remember what I was thinking about 8 or 13 years ago π
PS:Β Blaugust has startedΒ and this is my third post.
I have a link that pulls up a random post in my side bar. I am probably the only one that uses it, but I click on it pretty regularly.
As I read 99% through RSS, I think I never saw that one. Also, for my meager 160 posts I kinda remember the contents of most of them – I could very well imagine you can’t do that for the amount of posts on your blog, or you have infinitely better memory than I do π
Oh wow, I didn’t realise your blog had that much history (only found you through Blaugust). It always makes me happy to see more bloggers that have been around for a similar length of time. I started in July 2009 myself, also by blogging about WoW at the time. π
It’s only 160 posts though, so it comes down to one post every 3 weeks (my math is probably 50% off but it’s hot) π
