WildStar Updates

I haven’t done any dailies at 50 for ages, but there has been some other progress.
My Medic hit 35 and I enjoy playing her very much. Enough damage that it feels quick and a little healing so that I can solo 2man mobs.
When my Engineer ran out of rested XP at 16 I switched over to my Warrior again because he had loads, so now he’s 21 and I don’t want to repeat Galeras only a few days after I just did the quests. Doh, should’ve thought that through a little better.
I just went to grind out the Journeyman Tailoring achievement/tree thingy Enemy Patterns: Shatterforce Dominion which is a bit of a pain because you have to kill mobs in the Dominion quest hub Shatterforce Outpost. Luckily there are 5 mobs that can be killed on respawn if you stand right in the middle and because of Void Slip I can aggro everything else and kill the remaining ~8 mobs every minute. It took me about an hour of work while reading stuff on the second monitor. Not too bad. But apparently it’s bugged and I need to craft all 5 of them now. Time to farm or buy some lowbie cloth then…

Whitevale finished

After a few days of slacking and playing other games I hit 30 today and finished up Whitevale.
I liked the zone, but it was a bit much running around.
A few notes on professions:

  • One Tailoring quest seems to be bugged, I can’t discover the recipe
  • As a Tailor, Relic Hunting seems a bit pointless. Saving the mats up for now.
  • Cooking seems very complicated, haven’t started yet.

Spellslinger is still fun to play, but a bit squishy. If my pocket Warrior doesn’t have aggro, I have to shield and stun and heal quite a bit.

A tale of Bagspace

I’m one of the people who can’t ever have enough bagspace. Seriously.
I just stumbled upon this nice post by KarthisAndrew of Teeth and Claws, back when he played WoW. I’ve not so much got raiding stuff in my bags nowadays, but it’s still full. Basically on every character I have, and it’s not that I abuse all my alts as bank characters. 70 Hunter – Leather, 70 Priest – Enchanting mats, 70 Warlock – all Northrend food, 7x Mage – Engineering mats, 80 Shaman & Druid – Herbs, 80 Warrior – Ore and Bars, 6x Paladin – Gems and JC mats… No wonder they’re all mostly full. Then the older characters (Rogue, Warrior and Druid especially) have a bank full of old Tier gear I don’t want to delete or sell and a ton of other stuff. Soo glad mounts and pets are spells nowadays.
But let’s get to the gory details:
